Return Policy
Training Deposits
Deposits for training programs are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request for a future training date.
Equipment Returns
Equipment purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Custom bundles and opened software are non-returnable.
Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of online courses, all sales are final once course access has been granted.
